Terms of Service

1. Scope of the service

Creo Medya CRM is the content management, scheduling, approval, reporting and billing platform that the Creo Medya agency provides to its clients. The platform is available only to the agency's clients; accounts are created by the agency.

Creo Medya is a brand operated by Ludens Medya ve Yazılım Ticaret Limited Şirketi; that company is the contracting party to these terms.

2. Social media connections

By connecting their social accounts through the platforms' official authorisation screens, the client grants the agency permission solely to publish content, manage comments and read statistics on those accounts. This permission can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings. All published content is subject to the client's approval.

3. Responsibilities

The client warrants that they hold the rights to the content they submit for publication. The agency acts in accordance with the rules and policies of the platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok) and cannot be held liable for platform-side outages or changes.

4. Platform terms

Clients using YouTube features are also deemed to accept the YouTube Terms of Service. The developer and user terms of the relevant platforms apply to the Meta and TikTok integrations. Data processing is covered by our Privacy Policy; for deletion requests see the Data Deletion Instructions page.

5. Fees

Service fees are set out in the contract between the agency and the client; the invoice records shown on the platform are for information purposes only.
